This is achieved by their unique 90° pivot stays, which open in such a way as to partially centre the sash, thus capturing the breeze from any direction.

Weather strip and glass                            

Seals that run along the perimeter of the aluminum casement window panel and gaskets enhance the window’s energy performance, and prevent water and air leakage. For those homes with a first or second floor construction, an optional window opening restrictor can provide a safe way to open your window to an agreed width, ideal for families with young children.

Solid extruded corner stakes provide unrivalled strength. The double glazed option accommodates Insulated Glass (IG) units of up to 21 mm thick for an energy efficient household.

 

 

Surface Treatment

The aluminum profile of the casement window can be anodized or powder coated. The finish of the aluminum is a hard wearing and highly durable surface coating and has been designed to withstand the climate, including sea spray。
